Greenhouses
are at the 'root' of our green building practice, starting with the
founding of our parent company in 1977 as a landscape contracting
and architectural planning business.
To supply ornamental plants for commercial interiors, we designed
and built a 900 square foot passive solar greenhouse - heated only
by the sun, buffered by mass-intensive, heat-loopTrombe walls and
a 4" thick brick-on-sand heat-sink floor.
We've been designing custom horticultural greenhouses ever since -
light-intensive plant rooms, solaria and atriums - for commercial
growers, agricultural education institutions and indoor gardeners
across New Mexico.
